To put it simply, Made to Order is our 'shop online' option where you customize clothing to your liking and pick from our extended size ranges. Made to Measure Bespoke is a custom clothing experience, where we take your measurements and walk you through our full range of customization options.
Bespoke Process
Our bespoke process includes:
- Let’s Chat & Measure: Discuss wardrobe needs, analyze style, body, and color preferences, and take measurements.
- Selection Time: Choose fabrics, style details, and unique elements.
- Final Fitting: Pick up your custom piece in three weeks, with a fitting for first-time clients.

It typically takes three to four weeks to complete a bespoke order.
Yes! Once you have completed your initial bespoke appointment and have an online account with us containing your measurements, you can seamlessly shop bespoke products online. Simply select "Use My Bespoke Measurements" when prompted to choose sizing during the online ordering process.
The price of bespoke pieces depends on the fabric, which is categorized into Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. Our opening price points inclusive of Tier 1 fabrics are as follows:
- Blazers: Starting at $495
- Pants: Starting at $275
- Skirts and Shorts: Starting at $255
- Shirts: Starting at $165
- Coats: Starting at $695
During your appointment, you can discuss your budget, and we'll guide you through fabric and customization options that work best for you.
No, not all bespoke appointments have to be in person. While the initial bespoke appointment to take measurements is typically done in person to ensure accuracy, we also offer virtual appointments for clients who cannot visit our showroom. After your measurements are saved in your online account, you can shop bespoke products remotely with ease.
Yes, alterations are included with your bespoke product as part of the final fitting process. The final fitting must take place within two months of your bespoke order arriving in-store for alterations to be included. After the final product is accepted, any additional alterations will incur an extra charge.

We are so sorry! Please take photos to document the damaged products and send them to us at addressus@dalayanyc.com. Be sure to include your order number and we will resolve the situation ASAP.
Yes, you will be notified every step of the way! You’ll get notifications once your order ready and when it’s shipped out on its way to you! Be sure to enter your email at checkout
If you made a mistake when placing your order or would like to change anything at all, please make sure you email us at addressus@dalyanyc.com within 24 hours of your order being placed. Make sure you include your order number.
All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Our chosen shipping partner is DHL

Yes! Our showroom doubles as a serene oasis for events where women connect, learn, and feel empowered. Past events include ‘Founders x Funders’ networking sessions, workshops, and bespoke fashion consultations.
We focus exclusively on creating custom clothing for women, with a keen emphasis on tailoring techniques that reflect the nuances of women’s design. We also create meaningful connections through community-focused events and collaborations.
Our showroom is located at 107 Sullivan St., Soho, NYC.

Yes ma’am, you can! Click here to purchase our digital gift cards. Simply select the value you would like and an email will be sent to you with all the specifics and you can then send it along to that special lady.
They do not! Use your gift card at any time.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Shoppay.
We do offer financing options through Shoppay. The application process happens at check out.
